Spring has Sprung!!!
Today was a beautiful Spring day - so in between 2 county Easter Egg Hunts, the kids and I stopped off at various places with great photo background to show off how grown up and cute they are this Spring. I love how these all turned out today. Happy Spring!
Danielle found a prize Gold Egg at the Easter Egg Hunt today - due to the fact that I work for the Parks and Recreation Department, it made her ineligible
to claim a prize....a hard thing for a five year old to understand. But she was a big girl and gave the egg to another child to turn in to get the Easter prize. Turns out, she didn't want the prize, only the Egg - so Miss Trish at work couldn't stand her sad, puppy dog eyes and gave her the egg back....you can see just how happy that made her!

JT takes a shot!
The kids only had a half day of school today and John Tanner went home with his friend Ian. Ian's dad Stephen took the boys to the gun range today to shoot a 22 rifle. Stephen took this picture of JT with his phone. JT came home with 2 well hit targets and pockets full of empty shells! He had a blast. Dan plans on joining them on several of these father and son adventures soon!!! So now 22 has a whole new meaning for JT.....before today it was the number of his favorite Predators Hockey Player, Jordin TooToo!!!

Play Ball !!!
So proud of JT for staying in the batter's box today. He has really been struggling with being scared of being hit by the ball since he has started kid pitch last season. He loves playing baseball and loves his coaches and team and we are hoping he will soon get over this fear to play as well as we know that he can.
Brunch with the Easter Bunny
This is the first picture I have of John Tanner and the Easter Bunny since he was 3 months old - he has been scared to death of the bunny until this year! This is also Danielle's first picture since she was 1 due to the same issue. This is a BIG deal and I was so excited. I was proud of both of them and we had a fun morning.
